I unexpectedly lost my dad and selling our family home was a cheerless and looming task.  

To start off, her friendly and pleasant personality was a breath of fresh air! She was upbeat and positive throughout the whole process. She was so understanding and knew what needed to be done to get me through the process of getting the house ready for sale , providing what paperwork to file, when and how to list, and recommending a great closing organization; as efficiently as possible.  

 She kept me and my family on task. Erin prepared us for what to expect and clearly explained each step of the way. 

She was always readily available to answer questions and pivot when needed.  I’m sure no sale of a home and closing is perfect.  My experience was surprisingly smooth.  I can’t believe how fast the house was listed, sold and was closed with the proceeds in my account.
